There is always someone on hand to provide guidance and signposting
when you face a challenge or problem, or just when you need some
help.
Our relationship managers are your first point of contact
once you have joined and will support you throughout your
membership.
They will get to know your business, provide a personalised
service and point out relevant Chamber services or events
for your business.
Training to develop your people
The Chamber has a large and varied training programme which
includes bitesize taster sessions as well as half
and full day courses. We offer courses in all the key subjects
including business planning, leadership, sales and marketing, and

Mentoring Panel for expert advice
Sometimes you might need to call upon the services
of an external expert to help you plan future strategies or
deal with a serious issue. The Chamber has assembled a panel of
mentors who run their own businesses and will provide the direction
