Bite sized training is free of charge to members. Cancellations must be received in writing within two working days of the training.

Substitute attendees can be made at any time without extra charge. If a booking is not cancelled or transferred and the delegate does not attend, a £10 no show fee is payable.

We reserve the right to change the programme, presenter, and venue (and alter or cancel published dates without liability).
