Online bookings

Online bookings will be processed through Sage Pay and the transaction will be between You and Leeds, York and North Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce. Where a refund is available, any payment made using a credit or debit card through the system will be refunded back onto the same card.

Booking, Cancellation and Transfer Policy - Events

Full refunds/transfers will only be given if cancellation is received within two working days of the event. All cancellations and transfers must be emailed to us in writing.

If a booking is not cancelled or transferred and the delegate does not attend, full event fees remain payable. Substitute attendees can be made at any time without extra charge.

We reserve the right to change the programme, presenter and venue and alter or cancel published dates without liability

Booking, Cancellation and Transfer Policy – bite sized training

Bite sized training is free of charge to members. Cancellations must be received in writing within two working days of the training.

Substitute attendees can be made at any time without extra charge. If a booking is not cancelled or transferred and the delegate does not attend, a £10 no show fee is payable.

We reserve the right to change the programme, presenter, and venue (and alter or cancel published dates without liability).

Mailing service

In the event of a customer supplying incorrect of insufficient information relating to mailing lists, no refunds will be issued by Leeds, York and North Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce.

Chamber membership

Joining online payments will be processed through Sage Pay and the transaction will be between ‘You’ and Leeds, York and North Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce.

Payments made for chamber membership accessed through the "Join Online" section are not applicable for refunds. Please contact the membership team for more details on 0113 247 0000.

You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive or scandalous material, or any material that constitutes or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, likely to give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violates any law. We will fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such information or materials on www.yourchamber.org.uk
