Clarion Team Recovers £12m of Debt for Clients
Since its launch two years
ago, Clarion's debt recovery team has succeeded in recovering over
£12m of commercial debts for companies in the region.
"Unlike many of our competitors, we solely focus on business to business debt and have developed extensive expertise in this area with an 85% success rate for all debt we are instructed to recover," comments Andrew Howard, manager of the Clarion debt recovery team. "Using the latest case management systems, we are able retrieve monies owed quickly and efficiently and, as a result, have seen significant success over the last two years.
"With a general increase in late and defaulted payments during the economic downturn, there has been greater demand from firms seeking help with debt collection and considering litigation to force creditors to pay out. In particular, we've seen a marked increase of instructions from private landlords seeking advice and representation when taking back residential lets and evicting problem tenants. The team is able to offer far more certainty and less risk when dealing with the courts."
Clarion's debt recovery team offers a comprehensive service, recovering secured and unsecured debt, guarantee and indemnity claims, book debt collections, rent arrears and service charges. The specialist team acts for commercial and consumer organisations, as well as local authorities, throughout the UK.
