Exciting Restaurant Training Film Produced This Friday
The Dynamic
Waiter begins filming with Fort4 this Friday, presenting new
waiter techniques in restaurant service, that will be sold
nationwide from 19 March. The film will present how to use
scientifically-based, psychological techniques to improve customer
service, spend-per-head and tip ratios.
As the first episode in a series of upcoming training films, 'The Three Step Method' presents the figurehead techniques of The Dynamic Waiter in an engaging, highly-informative and innovatively shot training film. These waiter techniques will teach servers how to build fast and strong connections with their customers by adapting their service to meet individual moods and personalities, something that has not been available to restaurants until now.
CEO and creator of the waiter techniques, David Caldicott says "We want to help servers find passion in their work", and argues "...service is not as simple as 'always smile', let's take a step back and make use of the amazing research from the last 10 years".
With 24-58% of customer spending shown to be directly accounted for by the quality of service received, The Dynamic Waiter is a marked improvement to traditional training models, providing up to a 5% increase in tip ratios through the application of just one of its twenty core techniques.
