Martin House Children’s Hospice open day

Martin House Children’s Hospice in Clifford, Boston Spa will be opening their doors to Yorkshire companies on Friday 12^th October 2012 from 2-6pm.

This Open Day follows feedback from our corporate supporters that they have not, in previous years, been able to get to the public open day, as its always held on a Sunday [as it is again this year – Sunday 7^th October 2012]

This will be a unique opportunity to meet our Care Team and to actually see inside the hospice itself – normally the private domain of our children and their families. The Martin House corporate team will be on hand to discuss how companies can develop a relationship to combine fundraising with volunteering and enrichment opportunities for staff.

Companies who are particularly interested in developing a new relationship with the hospice, considering selecting the hospice as charity of the year for 2013 or long-term supporters who would like to see in very tangible terms how their charitable donations are transferred into practical and emotional support for children, young people and their families, and into enhanced quality for their shortened lives are most welcome.
