Claritas has appointed two new young recruits to its support team

Nicholas Wilson, 23, has joined the Bramham, West Yorkshire, based Claritas team as Support Developer, a crucial role in the passionate, service driven company.  Previously he gained a BSC Hons in Computing at Leeds Metropolitan University, and has a National Diploma in Software Development from Leeds College of Technology.  He had a work placement in the RWE Group, parent company to npower, in the IT department, and had risen in the ranks at his job with McDonalds to be Shift Manger, due he modestly declares to his “outstanding performance and dedication”.

Chelsie Carroll, 21, also joins as a Support Developer from a short career cramming in as much IT knowledge and experience as possible from leaving Ossett High School in 2009. This has included time with the Zenos IT academy [now part of Pearson International] in Wakefield, gaining the Microsoft desktop support technician’s level and NVQ for IT professionals and practitioners, amongst others.  She has gained first hand work experience as part of an IT support team and help desk, troubleshooting, and the high tensions supporting governmental agencies within global company, Fujitsu. “Being appointed to Claritas is a real thrill for me, and means I can bring my experience so far into good use, but looking forward to the real challenge of working in an expert, customer service driven, IT team.”
